Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned below. Definitions are listed in alphabetical order for ease of reference.

• "Account" — the personal account created by a Player on the sr777 platform, through which the Player accesses services, deposits and withdraws funds, and places bets.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, reload offer, or other incentive offered by sr777 to Players, subject to specific promotion terms and the wagering requirements set out in Section 6.
• "Company" — sr777, the entity operating the platform under an international gaming license, which provides sportsbook, casino, and related online gambling services.
• "IDR / Rupiah" — Indonesian Rupiah (Rp), the exclusive currency used for all transactions on the sr777 platform.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer procedures, being the identity and age verification processes the Company requires Players to complete before processing withdrawals or where otherwise mandated by risk-management protocols.
• "Platform" — the sr777 website, web application, and any associated interfaces through which the Company's services are delivered.
• "Player" / "Member" / "User" — any natural person who has registered an Account with sr777 and is using the Platform in accordance with these Terms.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country or territory in which accessing, using, or participating in online gambling services is explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• "Wager" — any bet, stake, or deposit of real-money funds placed on the outcome of a sporting event, casino game, togel draw, or other gambling product off ered on the sr777 Platform.

Acceptance of Terms

2.1  By accessing the sr777 Platform in any capacity — including browsing without an Account — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

2.2  Acceptance is effected at the moment you tick the confirmation checkbox during registration, or at the moment you first place a Wager, whichever occurs earlier. Verbal or written acceptance communicated through other channels does not substitute for in-platform confirmation.

2.3  These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and sr777 relating to your use of the Platform. Any amendments made to these Terms take effect upon publication in accordance with Section 14.

Eligibility

3.1  To register and use the sr777 Platform you must satisfy all of the following conditions simultaneously:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This requirement is non-negotiable and is enforced regardless of the age of majority applicable in your local jurisdiction.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify and comply with your local legal position before registering.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of sr777 or any of its affiliated entities, partners, or software providers.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You have not previously had an Account closed or suspended by sr777 for any breach of these Terms.

3.2  sr777 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in Account suspension pending resolution.

3.3  Players who are residents of Indonesia confirm that they access the Platform with full awareness of the domestic legal position regarding offshore online gambling and accept sole legal responsibility for their access and use of the Platform. sr777 does not represent or warrant that the Platform is lawfully accessible from any specific location within Indonesia.

Account Registration & KYC

4.1  Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account with sr777. Registering duplicate Accounts, whether under the same identity or under different personal details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

4.2  During registration you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your Account details current. Updates can be submitted via the Account settings panel or by contacting support.

4.3  KYC Verification. Before processing any withdrawal, and at the Company's discretion at any other time, sr777 will require you to complete identity verification. You must supply clear copies of at least one of the following documents:

• Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP / Kartu Tanda Penduduk)
• Valid Indonesian or international passport (photo page and data page)
• Indonesian Driver's Licence (SIM) — front and back

4.4  Where the name on a payment method (e.g., bank account or e-wallet) differs from the name on the Account, the Player must provide documentary evidence explaining the discrepancy. Funds deposited from accounts not registered in the Player's own name will be returned, and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.5  sr777 processes KYC submissions within one (1) business day under normal circumstances. Players will be notified by email of the outcome. The Company reserves the right to request additional documentation where the initial submission is insufficient.

4.6  Account credentials are personal and non-transferable. You must maintain the confidentiality of your password and must not share access with any third party. sr777 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) immediately after registration. The Company will never request your password via email, telephone, or live chat.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1  Deposits. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via payment channels supported on the Platform at the time of transaction. Accepted channels include, but are not limited to: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 25.000. No maximum deposit limit is imposed by the Platform; however, individual channel limits set by the bank or e-wallet provider apply and are the Player's responsibility to verify.

5.2  Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in the Player's own legal name. Third-party deposits — including deposits from accounts registered to family members, spouses, or business associates — are strictly prohibited. Any funds received from a third-party source will be returned, and the Account may be suspended pending a full review.

5.3  Withdrawals. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a method pre-registered and verified under the same name as the Account. The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.

5.4  Withdrawal processing times are as follows (measured from the time a withdrawal request is approved by sr777's payments team):

• E-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): typically under 5 minutes during WIB business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB).
• Local bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and others): typically 5–30 minutes during standard banking hours; inter-bank transfers may take up to 2 hours at peak times.
• All channels overnight (22:00–08:00 WIB): processed in the next available processing cycle; guaranteed within 6 hours of the request submission time.

5.5  sr777 does not impose withdrawal fees. Any charges applied by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider are the Player's responsibility.

5.6  All pending bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal is approved. If a withdrawal request is submitted while an active bonus is attached to the Account, the bonus and all associated winnings may be forfeited unless the Player requests explicit cancellation of the bonus in advance.

5.7  Completed KYC verification is required for all withdrawals above Rp 500.000. Players who have not completed KYC may withdraw amounts below this threshold at sr777's discretion, subject to a single-transaction limit.

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1  sr777 may offer promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, free spins, loyalty rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BRI Liga 1 fixtures, AFF Cup, Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and Indonesian Independence Day. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms; where those terms conflict with this Section, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2  Wagering Requirements. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering contributions from different game categories are calculated as follows:

• Sports pre-match bets (odds of 1.50 or greater): 100% contribution
• Sports live (in-play) bets: 100% contribution
• Slot games (all studios): 100% contribution
• Live dealer table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack): 10% contribution
• Togel draws and number games: 50% contribution
• Virtual sports: 50% contribution

6.3  Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are kept in a separate balance and cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met in full. Winnings generated during wagering requirement fulfilment are capped at 5x the original bonus amount unless the promotion terms specify a higher cap.

6.4  Bonus Abuse Policy. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in permanent Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances without prior notice:

• Registering multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Coordinating with other Players to exploit promotional structures (collusion).
• Using automated scripts, bots, or third-party software to complete wagering requirements.
• Placing offsetting bets across two or more Accounts to guarantee a profit from bonus funds regardless of outcome (arbing on bonus balances).
• Any other strategy that sr777 reasonably determines to be inconsistent with genuine recreational play.

6.5  Bonuses are non-transferable between Accounts and have no cash equivalent outside of the wagering structure described above. Unused bonus balances expire 30 calendar days after the bonus was credited unless the specific promotion specifies a shorter or longer validity period.

Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1  All bets and wagers are final once confirmed by the Platform. Players are solely responsible for verifying the selection, stake, and odds before confirming any Wager. Errors made by the Player in selection or staking cannot be reversed once the Wager has been accepted by the system.

7.2  Obvious Pricing Errors. In the event that odds, game outcomes, or RTP figures are affected by a manifest technical error or data feed failure, sr777 reserves the right to void the affected Wager and return the stake to the Player's Account. Winnings generated from obvious pricing errors are not payable and will be reversed.

7.3  For sports betting, including markets for BRI Liga 1, Timnas Indonesia, EPL, Champions League, and all other leagues covered on the Platform, the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (FIFA, PSSI, UEFA, etc.) at the conclusion of 90 minutes of play (plus injury time) is used for settlement purposes. Extra time and penalty shootouts are included only where the market is explicitly stated as "including extra time and penalties."

7.4  Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selected legs to win for the bet to be settled as a winner. If any single leg of a mix parlay is voided (e.g., due to a postponed match), that leg is removed and the bet is resettled on the remaining legs. A mix parlay reduced to a single leg by voids is settled as a singles bet at the remaining selection's odds.

7.5  Voor bola (Asian handicap) markets are settled in accordance with the Asian Handicap rules published on the Platform at the time of bet placement. These rules are available in the Sports help section of the Platform.

7.6  For casino and slot games, all game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). Game-specific rules and published RTPs are available in each game's information panel. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical events (card draws, roulette wheel spins) observed via video stream; the on-screen result is final.

7.7  Togel draw results are sourced from the official draw data published by the relevant market operator. sr777 settles togel Wagers based on the official draw result published within 24 hours of the draw time. Any disputes relating to togel results must be submitted to the support team within 48 hours of the draw.

Prohibited Conduct

8.1  The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sr777 Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform using automated tools, scrapers, bots, or any non-human interface.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of the Platform or any game software.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities. Any such vulnerability discovered must be reported to [email protected] immediately.
• Using the Platform to launder money, finance terrorism, or conduct any activity that violates applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations.
• Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Sharing Account credentials with any third party, or accessing another Player's Account without authorisation.
• Placing Wagers on behalf of another person or syndicate as a proxy or agent.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, event manipulation, or insider-information betting on sports markets.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing sr777 staff members or other Players via the Platform's communication channels.

8.2  The Company's determination of whether prohibited conduct has occurred is final and binding. Players who dispute a determination may request a formal review by submitting a written complaint to [email protected] within 14 calendar days of being notified of the decision.

Responsible Gaming

9.1  sr777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides the following tools, all of which are available free of charge from within the Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits — daily, weekly, and monthly caps on the total amount deposited to the Account.
• Loss Limits — daily, weekly, and monthly caps on the net amount the Player can lose.
• Session Time Limits — caps on the total time spent on the Platform per session or per day, enforced by automatic log-out.
• Reality-Check Reminders — configurable on-screen prompts at intervals selected by the Player.
• Self-Exclusion — a voluntary period of Account suspension available in durations of 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent. During self-exclusion, the Player cannot register a new Account using the same identity.
• PGSI Self-Assessment Quiz — a confidential tool based on the Problem Gambling Severity Index, available in the responsible gaming section of the Platform.

Intellectual Property

10.1  All content on the sr777 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, data structures, game interfaces, and software — is the exclusive property of sr777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

10.2  Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial use of any Platform content.

10.3  Game content provided by third-party studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft, and others) remains the intellectual property of those studios and is subject to their respective licensing agreements with sr777.

Limitation of Liability

11.1  The sr777 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sr777 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11.2  sr777 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — arising from:

• Interruptions in Platform availability caused by scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events.
• Losses resulting from the Player's decision to wager, including all gambling losses, which are assumed entirely by the Player.
• Unauthorised access to a Player's Account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain credential security.
• Errors in data supplied by third-party data providers (sports results, odds feeds, togel draw results) beyond sr777's direct control.
• Any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or consequential economic harm of any nature.

11.3  Where applicable law in a given jurisdiction does not permit full exclusion of liability, sr777's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4  Nothing in this Section limits sr777's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by the Company's negligence.

Privacy & Data Protection

12.1  sr777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the sr777 Privacy Policy, available at sr777.cam/privacy-policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy.

12.2  Personal data submitted during registration, KYC, and ongoing account activity is used solely for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, transaction processing, regulatory compliance, and improving the Platform experience. sr777 does not sell Player data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12.3  sr777 employs 256-bit TLS encryption for all data in transit and industry-standard encryption at rest for stored personal and financial data. Access to Player data is restricted to sr777 staff on a need-to-know basis and is governed by internal data access policies.

Governing Law

13.1  These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which sr777's international gaming license is issued. Details of the licensing jurisdiction are available from the support team upon request.

13.2  Players accessing the Platform from Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling is subject to domestic legal restrictions in Indonesia. Players accept sole responsibility for compliance with applicable Indonesian law and hold sr777 harmless from any legal consequence arising from their decision to access the Platform from Indonesia.

13.3  Any dispute between a Player and sr777 shall first be addressed through the internal complaints process described in Section 8.2. Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the licensing jurisdiction. Class or collective actions against sr777 are not permitted.

Amendments

14.1  sr777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to Players. The current version of the Terms is always available at sr777.cam/terms-conditions. The version number and effective date are displayed at the top of this document.

14.2  Material changes that directly affect Player rights or obligations will be communicated via email to the registered Account address and/or via an in-Platform notification at the time of the Player's next login. Continued use of the Platform following such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14.3  Players who do not accept an amendment must cease using the Platform and submit a withdrawal request for their full available balance before the amendment's effective date. Where the effective date is not separately specified, changes take effect 7 calendar days after publication.

15.2  Formal complaints and legal correspondence must be submitted in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint – [Account ID]". The Company acknowledges formal complaints within 2 business days and issues a final written determination within 14 business days of receipt.

15.3  These Terms & Conditions were last updated in January 2026 and constitute Version 2.1 of the sr777 platform agreement. They replace and supersede all prior versions.
